On the 'Reply to topic' page, click 'Upload picture'. Browse for the file. If it says it's too big, use the 'Free image optimizer' link, which provides instructions for reducing the size. Then upload again.

I'm still about 97% sure it's PMD. Some input from other experienced members wouldn't hurt.
Even if it were an error, this isn't the right thread for it.

Sorry, I didn't mean you have to delete them. I think it's fine if you leave them up, but I just wanted to make sure you know the difference between an error and a terminal die state.
