Doesn't the discoloration in the north-west of the reverse extending to the O of ONE and touching the C of CENT reduce the grade ? If not, would you expect an honest dealer to mention it ? purelywasted Pillar of the Community Canada 1505 Posts	Posted 01/24/2016 10:26 pm This would probably be ICCS; Red PCGS/NGC: Red Brown Though color is really tough to do from pictures, far too many factors come into play to get a reliable image with perfect color. gidjit would need to say how close to real color the photo's are, but even monitor settings play a role in how you see it.
