I'm a bit surprised !

Doesn't the discoloration in the north-west of the reverse extending to the O of ONE and touching the C of CENT reduce the grade ?

If not, would you expect an honest dealer to mention it ?

This would probably be

ICCS; Red
PCGS/NGC: Red Brown

Though color is really tough to do from pictures, far too many factors come into play to get a reliable image with perfect color. gidjit would need to say how close to real color the photo's are, but even monitor settings play a role in how you see it.

actually that stain shows more in the pictures than it does in hand and for the most part the coin is more "red" than the pic shows as well
