Anyone Else Having Trouble On The ANACS Website?

RK55 Pillar of the Community United States 2189 Posts	Posted 01/25/2016 11:16 pm I can log in but when I go to check the status of my submissions I keep getting, Unexpected error occurred! There was a problem processing your request. If this problem persists please email Customer Service. I also tried searching the population report with the same results. The site had been working fine until today. Sent a message to them but I am wondering if anyone else can confirm if it is the site or just me. Thanks! Report this Post to the Staff

They sent me a response to the email and said they were doing some back end changes on the site and were able to fix whatever was causing the errors if you notice now the population report is different and a few other things. I really like the changes! Message back from ANACS: This should be corrected for you. We are still working on the website on the back end here so this error message tends to populate evry now and then when we reboot the server. I apologize for the inconvenience with this and appreciate your patience as we improve the website. If you need anything additional, please let us know.
