I think, commissioned for sure. This is the medallion, and not the coin. Although RCM minted some medallions as collectible, but not in this case. And probably yes, will be sold on-site....due to low cost, looks like will be popular there. Will not be surprised, if will be also graded with "signature" on the slab. Report this Post to the Staff

I would add more if the prices were more affordable. The Library of parliament is just outrageous at $169.
