First, let me preface this post, this is one of the HARDEST varieties to photograph. My crappy setup does not help AT ALL. This is a coin I have had for a few years, but forgot where I had put it. I found it tonight, and could not be happier. This is a 1956 D/S Over Mint Mark #1. You will find this variety listed on Copper Coins here http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/dies...ie_state=mds These things are VERY hard to find. I happen to have two of them, the other is one I got from Bob Piazza himself. Those that do not know who Bob is, he is the one that takes the photos and does a lot of the attributions for the Copper Coins website. Here are my crappy photos of a super special variety.

Very cool I still want one

I think they are now called by only the wexler DMM and not the OMM

As they are only listed as the wexler WDMM-001 as the OMM-001 was delisted

http://varietyvista.com/02a%20LC%20...6DOMM001.htm

A WDMM is a Wexler Dual Mint Mark

Wexler OMM now have to be mint mark punched directly Over the other Mint Mark

I noticed the light source is usually reversed coming from 6 o'clock or below the mintmark going up toward 12 so if 2 light maybe one at 4pm and the second at 8pm

Yeah I saw that and notice that CC has kept it on their site. As far as lighting goes, yep, I just need to find a place big enough to set everything up right, and still be convienent. It would also help if I could get another laptop with XP so I could use my old AmScope.

I have a D/D/S which is labeled 1959-D omm-001 --> the CONECA RPM # 12 D/D turned out to be D over D over S Mintmark so they made it into 1959-D - WOMM-001 the S is on the right of the d/d
