Got this over past couple days. What do you think. Is that what they call "milking" on the reverse, or is it water damage? Air tite has a few scratches on it.

Can't grade a coin in a capsule from a pic but I do not see any milk spots
Decent looking coin with some frost like breaks in the shield and on "fine"

Looks more like oxidation starting than milk spots. Milk spots won't "dip-off" but what I see on the reverse likely would.

Can we please have a picture of the coin out of the capsule please? There are a lot of scratches and marks on the holder.

Rim dings, scratches, frost breaks and a reverse hit would probably keep it in the 68 area at best

I would not disagree with the 66 or any grade 66-68 but it is impossible to grade from a medium quality pic. It's hard enough with coin in hand... I just try to find something that would remove it from a 70 possibility... then a 69... then all bets are off...max would be 68 and any number below that is a possibility ....and... Surprisingly with the data below the MS69's are selling in the $90-100 range NGC grade facts...105,983 graded 175.....MS70 99,840. MS69 3815... MS68 1362....MS67 499.....MS66 139.....MS65 101.....MS64 35......MS63 14......MS62 2.......MS61 1.......MS55

1996 is the year with the lowest bullion mintage and sells for $45-50 raw

I rarely pay over $25 for a bullion coin. I actually traded a 2016 Australian Wedge tailed eagle for it. I have Lots of those. Would love to have an Ungraded 96 in the MS69 or 70 range....but they are a little out of my range right now.
