I believe God has Blessed me with this coin being a new variety. Wexler's and CONECA do not have it listed. The Eagle's right (left to us looking at the coin) foot is doubled on the talon. Doubled area is pointed out in purple arrows. I welcome your opinions.

I'm not sure on this one. I can't see it being machine damage and not showing on the other talons. It isn't shelflike either. I would have to get someone elses opinion on this . COOOOOOP !!! LOL IDK

When I take a photo of the coin upside down it looks flat. When I take a picture of the coin in normal position it appears raised. I think it may be MD, but why such a contrast depending on the angle. Thanks.

Maybe it's actually a doubled die of the arrows. It is raised to the same height as them. Even in the upside down picture. Or maybe Class VIII doubling of an extra talon?

This is the claw of a 1994 p it also has dramatic DDO the whole side has DD's obverse.
