I think this is this is the one listed on coppercoins.
My question is: Do the chip markers I have, and are shown on coppercoins, enough to confirm this is the DDO or do I need to confirm with the die scratches which I would think change somewhat every time the die is used.

Can you post pics matching the ones on CC's site? As of now I don't think it is a DDO.

Close up of the part to the side of the T showing the doubling is most important.

try to use the same positioning like john1 suggests

The markers are secondary just to confirm die or die stage.

This one of those DDO that is extremely tricky to photograph so you might need to take a few photos try different lighting angles till you can clearly see the part in question. Then pick the best ones from those to show.

John1- I really can't post pictures that match the one on the CC website cause the penny does not match the images. The die scratches are going the wrong way on the obverse. Perhaps I should stick to the more obvious errors/varieties until I gain a little more experience at this.
Attaching a close-up of the "T" but I don't think there is any doubling. (Not sure if I would notice it if there was.

Ocala- 10-4 on markers being secondary. I think I kind of put them first in this case

Always some difficulty in assigning DDOs when the markers aren't matching. Good luck with your continued quests.

I am no pro but I don't think your "T" matches the "T" on CC's site.

It looks more like a chip.
