Second one today I can't find a match for... any ideas? Looks like thickness LIB of Liberty and 9 in the date?

1944 is tricky and extra tricky for me for some reason. I am not seeing a DDO.

When it comes to coins made with dies that are multiple hubbed, they are all doubled dies. It is the degree of doubling that makes that particular doubling collectible or not. In this case, I do see a small amount of distortion on the IB of LIBERTY, which would indicate that it is an extremely minor doubled die.

As indicated, the 1944 Lincoln Cent is a hard one. The two 4 digits in the date are very hard to use as indicators of a doubled die since they in themselves seem to be already doubled. In reality it was a sloop engraving of those two digits that makes them appear that way.
