The 1968 pliofilm strip sets had business strike coins (that is why it is so easy to find ICCS MS-65 1968 dollars). The 1969 pliofilm strip sets had proof-like strikes in them. 1968 strips are more common than the 1969 strips. There is no real demand for these strips though, dealers sometimes get rid of them at prices barely above face value...
