For convenience, I'm posting the linked coin, which is a Sellwood 88.19 (mint: Ecbatana), below. The style is accurate and it's not among the Volo VI fakes that hit the market in 1990. And I'm not concerned about the sharpness: some of these issues have held up really well over the centuries. For comparison, my own Sellwood 88.19 is at the bottom. If it is a modern fake, it is a good one and would likely be machine struck/pressed...the obverse fields do appear to be flat. But, like Echizento, I suspect it's good.
