Your help with this would be appreciated

Are the marks coming out of the 9 (end of red lines) part of a re-punch or nothing significant?

Is loop 2, repaired or missing? Lots of cracks on this one.

I'm not a Haxby ID'er, but, if I'm not mistaken, the little blip on the 9 is the start or end of a D/C running up to the right to the T. The crack is very evident on higher grade and later struck coins.

I believe this would be Haxby PC59-771. I agree with Okiecoiner about the start of a diecrack. This is a later die state with lots of reverse die cracks, and the obverse die crack at the back of the R of REGINA.

I concur
Haxby obverse 771 / reverse P 15.
Late die state.
VG 08.
In my tabulations, this is a rather common variety.

Thanks to the three of you. I was having a hard time with the stem on leaf 9 and loop 2, the narrowing at the leaf was making it tough for me to figure out where it belonged.
