Perth Mint - The ultimate way to celebrate the Year of the Monkey, this individually finished coin is made from 10 kilos of 99.9% pure silver. A maximum of 150 coins will be produced by The Perth Mint on a mint-to-order basis before production closes at the end of 2016 when the coin's actual mintage will be declared.

Wow. That's 22.05 pounds of silver. Wish I had the resources to get one.

All in Australian dollars:
The current selling price is $10,580
The current siver value is $6,820.

Minted to order, with a maximum of 150.

Is it a good investment?

When you can get 10x 1kg coins from the Perth Mint for $7430.60 AUD I don't consider this a worthwhile investment.
