Gosh, TC, you've had quite the range of IHC lately. The photo makes it appear that it had a tough mechanical cleaning. I can only see VF Details.

Let me get some better pictures. It is a nice smooth chocolate brown in-hand. There is a speckled wood-grain, though.

These pictures are more accurate of color. There is no cleaning, porosity, verdigis, or damage I can see.

I think this is a combination of very worn dies, especially on the reverse, along with a subpar planchet and possibly struck through on the reverse, but I'll stick by VF25. Does not appear to be cleaned, or porous/corroded.

Yeah, maybe more a strike,dies issue....They got it right at VF 25 hard to grade from pictures
