Yes MS-66RD , If not for a few blemishes on obverse, would have been a 67 or even more a 68.

For me its a tuff call.. if pic had more light and it was a little clearer, it might be a 67 rd.. but for now I say 66rd.. the lack of light also could be hiding something

66RD. Obverse might be a 65 but the reverse is a 67.
