What 1956-D Catagory would this fall into? I found what I thought looked like it and think I found it But I need your Expertise and knowledge of what to Call What I am seeing without looking too much a Fool..

Please any help I would be very grateful.

I am still new to this exciting world of Coins and the Hunt for the Elusive Error Coin..
