when they list 1o rolls plus of years of rpms and DDO I found in my experiences most are rerolled searched rolls or carbon spotted rolls they trying to get rid of they use twister to reroll them I bought from several vendors I had luck few times but I got burned sometimes as much as 2 of 3 rolls once had 10 rolls of 1960-d with no rpms with middle coins toned whats the odds on that.
90% on ebay you can see they opened
they come broken in middle of roll and say no returns as its opened
red flags
if they sell single coins the same year mint mark slabbed or loose for same price as the whole roll
they selling rpms, DDO, or DDR of same year
