Since I have been buying more Morgan silver dollars than ASEs I'd figure I would get a reference/price guide specifically for the Morgan dollars. Any suggestions as to which one to get?

I was in a book store today and started thumbing through the Cherry Pickers Guide to Rare Die Varieties of US coins. Found it interesting so added it to my library. Does have a small section on Morgan dollars in it.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated/

For price I like to use this site:
http://www.PCGS.com/auctionprices/

For information I use these books:

Reference-Guide-Help

Reference-Guide-Help
paid $24(used) $50 retail on ebay.
Great information on Silver dollar.

Reference-Guide-Help

Reference-Guide-Help
paid $25(used) ebay.
Overload of information on Silver dollar.

I only have hand full of silver dollars and these two books have provided plenty of good information for my needs.

You might consider Whitman's A Guide Book of Morgan Silver Dollars, now in its 4th edition.

It does not contain the in-depth analysis the books listed above do, but it does provide a year-by-year historical look at the series and includes at least a page of collecting notes/info on each date and mint mark combination (e.g., a page each for 1895, 1895-O and 1895-S).

You can read more about it here: https://www.whitman.com/store/Inven...3;0794836852

Thanks for the suggestions.

I did order the Guide Book to Morgan silver dollars last night. Looking forward to adding it to library.
