Interesting- how do we know it is the same coin in each sale?

Short railroad track at neck following left identical.
Is there anyone here that actually believes this seller is legitimate, regardless of their feedback? It is a crying shame to think what buyers will be told when they go to sell coins bought from this 'merchant'. When someone tells them that what they paid huge money for is worth 10% of what they paid, I hope they realize that the person giving them that bad news is not the scam artist.

Unreal how many transactions this Seller has ..... Looks like someone lost some money with the final sale of the coin, compared to Heritage Hammer Price .... ebay is making money!

Just to clarify for those reading: The coin sold on Heritage Auctions for $4,406.25 and was in a problem NCS holder. It seems that ebay seller Centsles made this purchase. Centsles broke the coin out of the NCS problem holder and put it into his own NNC holder (his company) and gave it a 'problem free' MS-63+ grade . Centsles sold the coin on ebay for $6390.00. (plus $4 shipping for a total of $6394.00). The purchaser was LegalEagleXYZ2010. LegalEagleXYX2010 spent money to have the coin regraded by NGC and it came back as a problem coin (surprise surprise). LegalEagleXYZ2010 sold the coin on ebay for $3646.00. So, LegalEagleXYZ2010 is the person who took the big hit on this scam, to the tune of $6394.00-$3646.00, or $2748.00 plus whatever was spent on the NGC submission and grading. LegalEagleXYZ2010 was for sure the purchaser from Centsles as evidenced by the identical feedback scores. I note that LegalEagleXYZ2010 is a fellow person from Michigan (as am I) and I wonder if 'LegalEagle' implies he would be in a position to do something about being scammed..... I can only hope.

Thanks for the explanation, I was lost. You better buy slabbed coins that are graded by NGC, ANACS, or PCGS.

Quote: Maybe LegalEagleXYZ2010 was one of the Centsles shill bidders ? Not likely at all. I checked LegalEagleXYZ2010's bid statistics and he has no history of bidding on Centsles' products.

If they didn't make so much money for ebay they'd all be banned.

I see what he did there... Also notice his "breaking out of holder voids returns". Very deceptive and immoral if you ask me. Buy the coin, not the holder, especially at those prices.
