Is there a way to block a seller on ebay? I had a bad experience with one seller a couple months back and bid on something without noticing it's the same one and the issues begin again. I would like to not make this mistake again.

You can block buyers but there is no way to block sellers.

True, no permanent way to block, but you can block certain sellers from search results
