In my search for an image of the Swedish 2 kronor 1910 W far from date variety, I came across a couple of auctions on ebay, claiming to be that coin:

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Sweden-Silve...em3f5bbc6037

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sweden-1910...161052269073

One is even graded by NGC, but I'm pretty sure they are both just the considerably LESS rare "close to date" coin. Looking at this image, the "far from date" should be quite easily distinguished:

I don't use ebay myself, so I don't have an account there, but I'd hate to see someone buy these coins and spending $100 on a $16 coin (VF20 grade, https://www.NGCcoin.com/price-guide...duid-150103)

That's not good...

I also found an ebay auction with a PCGS graded coin also stating that it's a "far from date" variant, but the seller has corrected this in the description:

Holder wrongly indicates that this is a rare "Initials far from date". This is normal type, nevertheless it's still scarce and especially scarce in this designated grade.

Here are four NGC graded examples, from their site, all having the initial seemingly in the same place, under the characterization of "W far from date".

One more that is "W close to date"

Ooops. Looks like they blundered that one.

Just in case NGC or PCGS reads this post... Here's a photo from my Myntboken that designates the proper position of the offset W.
