Just picked this up at a local auction and I think the grade might make ef. Doesn't look like it has any creases. But it does have a couple light folds. Let me know your opinions

As with the previous post, paper is held to a much
higher grading standard than coinage.

VF 20.

Nobody thinks it is atleast vf 30? In A Charlton standard catalogue states that an ef note will have two light folds or one heavy crease. In my veiw this note is not a typical vf 20 four fold. Can you give an explanation for the grade given?

The top right and bottom left corners are folded/pinched. It has been handled quite a bit, even though there are no major heavy creases/folds. Some smudges along the borders, and some wrinkles near the center of the bill.
I'm not very familiar with grading bank notes, but this is what I'm seeing that could potentially explain the VF20 grade.
