I'm having a hard time getting this one. Is the rim just insanely weakly struck? 'In God We Trust' is just a ghost of substance there... what gives?

Tough to grade since it was a very late die state. I'd think high VF or low EF was in the ball park, but I wouldn't try to narrow it down further without actually seeing it.

Yes the die is worn but wouldn't it still grade in the VF

Maybe net Fine; doubt you'd get it in a better TPG holder late die state or not.
