sadly not, I do know the trident looking symbol on the end has been on russian/ukrainian items. I cant take a better picture, as it will not let me upload its size. I have yet to find out what it is, it looks silver. and is the size of a crown coin.

#1078; is the first letter, and the last letter is #1081;, if that helps.

I made out the wordings :)
It's Khabarovsk region, part of Russia.
The bear is the symbol of the region.

thank you for the translation, it is greatly appreciated, it looks like the coin is numbered on the back, and I have not found another like it. could it be a metal?

I don't see any denomination on it. I think it's a token or a medal of some kind.
I'm only useful when translating from Russian or Ukrainian :)
