1939-S Lincoln: Bad Die, Bad Metal, Double...?

1939-S Lincoln. What is up with this coin? It's not dirty "per se". Definately not smooth. Has all of these ridges and extras. I went counter clockwise around the whole penny. Look at Abe's forehead...extra piece. Big ridge running through the 1 & 9. Extras behind Abe's head and through liberty.
1. Is this punched on a bad planchet?
2. Dirty/Broken Die?
3. Everything is mostly on the Obverse.
4. Last: I was lookiing at other 1939-S as well as other 1939's as well. Are the 9's supposed to be short curved. I could't really see any others. Could also just be a 1939-S thing.
Would like to know what happened to this coin though.
