Just a normal proof coin with machine damage during the strikes. Note how the devices are reduced by the MD on them them. ("T" on TRUST)

Note the overall shape of the digits on the date. Note how much wider/taller these are? On your coin the top of the date and the mint mark has been moved around during the strike. Not from the same die. Just a MD coin. The example on coppercoins is a proof coin. Yours is a business strike coin.
