I have a series of these notes I would like some help in grading. As well as a rough est. value to determine if they are worth sending off. ebay listings are substantial enough for me to take concern.

Like your other notes, it appears VF at best and in this case perhaps only Fine. I would not spend money to have it graded.

Fine imo
