Note appears to be in the Fine range. It is the most common of the large $20 GCs by far, and probably not worth having graded, imo.

I like it a little more, VF25, looks like no issues, nice note! If you want to preserve it, and are into it at a good price,I could see having it graded..

You are probably right, I have perhaps been a little harsh here.

Probably right. Doubt it would make a difference here.

The stain is big enough that it will be noted by the TPG company. I'd see this being VF20 Apparent. Not worth sending in.

Wheat - are you talking about this note, or the $2 mini-porthole - isn't that the one with the stain?

Referencing the stain on the bottom right '20'.

Any suggestions on these 2 notes/certs that have staining? Is there a way of "lifting" these stains without compromise? IIRC, I've seen where some TGP's will work with your submission in an attempt to increase value. The paper is much different from an average bill which sheds some serious doubt. Never the less... I will never know unless I ask. Is this true, and if so which direction/agency?
