Hello,
I am also new here actually my second day today but I have been collecting for a few years now. Recently got into error varieties.
As far as I know there wasn't any Doubled Dies in 1980s on Roosevelt dimes.

I think last year of Doubled Die error was 1968 DDR. Don't get me wrong there was still errors in between 1968 and 2000's but I am almost positive there was no Doubled Dies. After 68 I have seen one that had a doubling on Roosevelt's ear but that was it. Again I am not all that experienced but I am telling you what I have read and seen in person. Before I start asking around I normally do a little research, best way to soak up all the info. For myself at least.

Also for future reference, they will ask you to take a close-up of the coin where you think the error is. 'IGWT' definitely doesn't look what it is suppose to look like.
No worries, experts will be correcting you and I in no time. :)

Hope I was a bit of help.

GS-1905 there is one in 1980 time frame and just happens to be a 1989-P DDO-001 and a 1989-P DDR-001 the page with is not update yet at variety vista

I can't judge it based on current pictures but I see a very late stage coin but it could be a DDO in that late stage?

There are also about 10 or so in the 1970's I have 6 of them I think

I am missing the 1989 but not for lack of trying lol..

page should be here but the database not finished they appear to be upgrading site.
