Think I came across a "pedestal 0" Toonie while I was searching through rolls from the bank. It says in the Charlton 2016 that this coin is not in circulation. Would it still be worth anything if found in circulation? Is it rare? potential value? I cant seem to find much information on it... Does anybody have one? Or any of these varieties and errors? Thanks This Weeks finds...4000 Toonies later... 5x 2010 "14 serration" 7x 2012 "old style" 1x 1999 "Unknown, counterfeit" 3x 1996 "Possible German Planchet" 3x 1996 "cigar" variety 1x 2011 "Shoe" error 1x 1996 "No Ice" variety 1x 1996 "Off center" Variety 1x 2000 "Pedestal 0" variety 1x 1996 "Devil's Horn" variety 1x 2012 "Dot in H" Variety 1x 2000 "Pedestal S" variety 2x 1996, 2012 "Dot" Error I also held on to about.. 1 full roll and a half of *2003 old effigy Almost a full roll of *2003 New effigy Almost a full roll of *2010 "16 serration" Almost a full roll of *1998 Edited by NorthSideTy 02/16/2016 11:56 pm

NorthSideTy if your searching toonie make sure you keep and eye out for the 2010 toonie. the 2010 was issued with 14 and 16 edge serrations. the 14 is a keeper. it already has a much high value. double to triple value. good luck searching.

I went through 4000 toonie about a month ago. I found some nice errors. I have a 2012 2013 2014 and 2015 doubled tripled and 1 2013 quadrupled. I checked the quadrupled under a microscope. you can see all 4 levels clearly. good searching keep it up good luck

NorthSideTy I can show you away that you can check coins. as fast as you can take a look at your computer screen or tv screen. they are as big as a pail on your monitor. you can see every thing. you would not believe how fast I can check a box of coins with easy. if its there you will see it. if you want to learn this. come on the photography forum. you will see what I mean

That's awesome, would love to see them! I have a few of those 2000's off centred errors but I find that they are very common. I think you would like my "devils horn" variety. Also, if I post pics of my potential German Planchets could we possibly tell if they are legit or not?
Thanks for the pics

By the way....
That "Dot in H" variety I mentioned is a *2002 Toonie...NOT a *2012.
Are they rare?
