Found this while going through my mint rolls for errors. 100 percent lined fields with normal reverse.

Vary extreme die polishing lines or lack of polishing. There was 2 in a row beside each other MS- 63

You may have a roll of uncirculated coins but not a mint roll.
There were no mint rolls in 1966.
Coins left the mint in bags.
Any rolls were made up by third parties, possibly years later, basically a crapshoot.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
