There are no scratches. Looks like contact rub from other coins but enough luster has been removed to keep it at MS64. Decent strike for no mint. Retail $70-75

MS63 but the pictures are very difficult to work with, very washed out.

Has a few breaks in the frosty luster due to contact with other coins but I think it is a solid MS-64. Nothing really distracting.
