OcalaFlorida Pillar of the Community United States 2824 Posts	Posted 02/19/2016 10:36 pm the basement slabs are looked down on as they are way over graded so people must of bought these off ebay seen the lower grade and sold it to lcs at a loss. Becuase they are snubbed by most collected you can buy them cheap and not too many collectors would be looking at them to cherry pick.
