I have this 73 Ike dollar still in blue envelope still wrapped in mint cello all the letters on the reverse are doubled any thoughts and a value would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

hard to tell, but only looks like common Machine Doubling, no added value sorry to say

Looks like Machine damage during the strike. The larger coins are more subject to this happening. Note the "DOL" on DOLLAR on the next to last image.
