Canada 2001 International Year Of The Volunteer 10 Cent

kronic12 New Member Canada 1 Posts	Posted 02/20/2016 6:09 pm I have found a 2001 International Year of the Volunteer 10 cent which is an easy to find piece, but the weird thing is, it come with a removable outer ring. It fit perfect around the piece and as the same finish on top, but not on the edge. The edge of the outer ring is smooth, but the piece itself has the regular "dent" edge.
