I'd go with a MS 63 RB. It is definitely weakly struck as well, but I doubt that is annotated on the holder.

I voted earlier for MS-63 as I thought that there was weakness in the strike vs. wear on the coin. From the folks who think it grades a bit lower, where should I be looking to see some slight signs of wear?

Look at the wheat stalk tips first for sign of wear. It does have a weak strike at reverse or but weak strike designation is not on the holder.

AU-58 RB. Some types get special designations for strong strikes (FH for Full Head, FSB for Full Split Bands, etc.), but weak strikes are never indicated on NGC or PCGS.

We are all just going by photos that are provided, but to me it just doesn't look like a ms coin.. It's close but not there.. I could be wrong but overall the coin just looks lightly circulated.. Hope that helps.. Nice coin nonetheless.. But cheek above eye and ear look flat and coin appears dull

I have to go with AU 55RB, High points showing definite signs of wear, and its a weak strike. "L" in liberty and the "O" in one is very weak along with some other parts.
