Any help with identification would be greatly appreciated. I am no collector but was given this coin and would like to know more about it. Sorry but pictures are not great.

Left facing bust and 'S' stamp on right side of back are about all I can make out.

Your coin appears to be an Antoninianus of the Roman Emperor Aurelian 270-275 AD. Because of the condition of the reverse I'm not able to give you a reference number. I sure someone with more knowledge on Roman coin will be along to help.

Reverse is VICTORIA AVG, winged victory advancing left, holding wreath. Maybe Siscia Mint?
