Somaliland Coinage Discussion.

Here's another British Commonwealth section.It is about the coins of the Republic of Somaliland,which seceded from Somalia in 1991.The first coin was the 1994 1 Shilling,which was struck at the Pobjoy Mint.Then a pair of 5/- coins were also issued in 2002 along with a 10/- & a 20/- into circulation.A .999 silver 1,000 Shillings coin was struck.This has an error in the reverse design.The Coat-of-Arms is not
the Somaliland Coat-of-Arms,but the Somalian Coat-of-Arms! Somaliland has not yet won international recognition of its independence.Here is a link about Somaliland; https://www.somalilandgov.com .
