Hey everyone! Hope this is the right place for this. A recent gas station find, it is a 2005 P California Yosemite State Quarter. The Man, Mountain, and Bird are gold while the rest is normal. Condition is very mint as well.

It's aftermarket plating added by a commercial enterprise.

I think it looks attractive, but wouldn't pay extra for it.

I googled "gold highlighted california quarter" and found a place that sells two for $31. Quite a profit for a few cents in gold plating.
