Sign up with ANA, get your membership # and then call NGC to have them setup the ANA Submitter Membership.

Don't forget - ANA membership includes a bunch of other benefits, including the Magazine and the Library! Free admission to the ANA shows and (if you should find yourself in Colorado Springs) the museum.

FYI - probably a typo, but to sign up with the A *M* A, I think you need an MD degree.

Haha, this is actually what I ended up doing! So now, I am an official ANA member (gold membership) and I have sent both coins to NCS first and then they will be graded by NGC. I ended up talking to a super nice lady at NCS/NGC too and she walked me through the submission form box by box over the phone, I just wanted to make sure I got the form right the first time.

So now, the wait... and it's killing me already after one day! How do you all do it?

EDIT: I actually live in south Denver so making it down to the Springs won't be a problem at all. What kind of cool things are at the museum?

First off welcome to the ANA.

There is a display of many of the Harry W. Bass collection, both Gold and Patterns (https://www.money.org/money-museum/...ss-Gallery).

There is a rotating exhibit space - when I was there in December it was an exhibit on shipwreck coins.

On the weekends they run the mini-mint which shows all of the aspects of minting coins in mini (I was there on a weekday and totally bummed it wasn't running).

Also the library...

One of the major problems with TPG is the shipping.

In this case a 'no brainer', take a 10 minute walk to ANACS with them! Don't have to worry about security in the shipping, either.

Is ANACS so much worse than either PCGS or NGC, that the latter two should justify their choice?
