1896 IHC Doubled 8 ?

I need an opinion on this coin. I see an extra loop to the top left of the 8. I could be wrong.

Hard to tell from the photo, but it sure does look like part of another 8. It may just be my eyes, but what about what appears to be part of another digit in the inside of the lower loop of the 8?

Maybe there's someone that has a resource showing all the 1896 IHC varieties that can tell you what this one is, but it definitely looks like a loop of an 8 to the NW and also the one that angellionel pointed out. There might be more hidden under that black debris as well.
