Conder101 Bedrock of the Community United States 17884 Posts	Posted 02/29/2016 04:11 am They also struck quarters for circulation from 1976 to 1979, but without mintmarks. They also stuck 1976-S 40% silver bicentennial quarters, and since 2012 they have struck business strike quality ATB Quarters. But the 40% silver bicentennials and the ATB Quarters were made to sell to collectors, not for circulation. Some people have bought the ATB Quarters thouh and after searching them dumped them into circulation, so every so often someone finds one in a roll or pocket change. Report this Post to the Staff
