Here's my other 2007 coin sent to ANACS. Directly from the mint, quality was not as bad as some of the coinage I have seen, here was the best of 25 Philly mints. I highlighted all the marks on this coin in red, if you can see it- it's on the coin, the rest is dust.
There is a bit of "starburst " to the fields on obv. and rev.
