Hi,
Was wondering if you think this is a double stamped penny and if so, could it be worth anything ?

It just looks as though its off centered a tad but I'm not expert at it, just learning

Looks like a slightly off-center cent. Off-center strikes generally are not worth a premium until the letters or devices start to go over the rim. I would wait for confirmation though, I am not a Lincoln expert.

I see a moderate MAD, ( Mis-Aligned-Die). No doubling apparent. Coins are "STRUCK", not stamped.

Very slight mis-aligned die strike. These are very common.

Thanks,

I suppose if this is a mis-aligned strike and if they are fairly common, it doesn't make it worth much more than face value, right?

Correct, only extreme MADs are valuable.
