I've been looking through my old pennies and found this. I cant tell if it is Double Die or Machine Doubling. What do you think?

Rather common with those Steel Cents. Just worn out dies I suspect due to them being Steel. Sure is harder than copper they found out.

Not just die wear. The coin has been replated and we see this kind of doubling as a result of that process.

They are called reprocessed cents. They were cleaned and replated outside of the Mint to make them saleable again in small sets. Very common and as stated , not a doubled die at all.
