AG-03. There really is no exact definition of "lowball", I don't think. This is certainly low-grade, but I've seen lower!

Typically P01 grade is considered lowball. This is definitely not junk or cull. It's a well circulated Morgan that severed it's purpose in commerce by visiting many pockets.

People usually consider PO-1 and FR-2 to be lowballs.

I think this one is closer to an AG-3

AG-3 it is a fairly common date/year but she has plenty of history to tell.
