Ike dollar with miniature coins embedded. Made for sale to tourists. Not a true U.S. issue. Novelty value only.

this item is virtually worthless. Keep searching, you can still find treasure. Many do.

To sell a coin like this ... Really have to find someone that likes novelty
coins.

For most I think you would be lucky to get the face value ($1.00) for it.

When I end up with coins like this, I keep them. Just to add variety to
my collection.
