I have this 1796 Liberty Cap Large Cent pegged as a Sheldon-87. A confirmation would be great though:)

FYI the liberty pole is there. It is just not showing in the pics.
Please grade.

It is definitely S-87, and quite a nice coin.
I grade VG10, with no major surface issues, only the color is throwing me off a bit. It may have been lightly cleaned ?
At any rate, a nice scarce coin.

Pulled this out of a junk box. It was mixed in with couple of handfuls of junk silver, copper, jewelry, and other. I was shocked! The color change is rub from other objects
