Coinguy1986 Valued Member United States 305 Posts	Posted 03/07/2016 12:21 am So I just won this on ebay a few minutes ago , it looks like the letters in states may not be as worn as much as it is the angel of the photo ... Full rims on both sides , so I was thinking F12 ... Looking at Fine-12 & 15 coins in NGC holders a bit ago I seen a few of each that look similar .. So what do you guys think ?
