Wanting to get another opinion. I have used the picture references for 1960 small/large dates and think that this is a small date variety. The way I am looking at it is the zero in the small date is more oblong vs the large date is more circle shaped.
(I took this picture with my new USB microscope, hoping to get better resolution).

Looks like a small date. A bit to much light causing glare.

Small date only. The small or large date shows a lot larger zero in the date:

Check your coin compared with this coin. Yours is just a small date Denver cent with some circulation flattening.

Thanks Coop, I though the small date Denver was one of the rare ones? Maybe I misread it?

No the rare one is the small date Philly cents. If you find a roll of these for a cheap price, you can really cash in when you sell them individually.
A roll of 1960-D small date BU cents on ebay $6.00
A roll of 1960 small date BU one cent on ebay $4.99 Each.
